One thing I have learnt about this term is that we all have polarities within us: our masculine and feminine energy; but not all of us have our divine masculine or divine feminine counterparts in this world. For those who do, they will always find each other at the end.
However, there is a difference between finding that counterpart and being with that counterpart. You will always find each other because the meeting is meant to be a catalyst to your spiritual awakening. It is meant to change you to become a better you. It will help you change your situations, improve your circumstances and find your life purpose. It is a divine blessing. But there is a cost: you need to change.
Have you ever heard of the perfect soulmate? This is different. Soulmates embrace each other’s weakness and help each other grow. The connection is sweet. On the other hand, the divine counterparts are mirrors of each other, they trigger each other’s darkness and in the journey of healing, they find their balances by learning and accepting their inner selves. They become whole in their own means. And if both of them are willing to change and heal, they can teach the world the true meaning of balancing each other out when they have their reunion.
The sad part is the timing. Mostly the divine feminines are more sensitive, they are more alert to the situation, and they tend to be the one who find out the meaning of the connection sooner. Whereas the divine masculines are more stubborn to change, they are unwilling to face their shadow sides and to admit they need to change; so, they seem to run away or close off this connections at the earlier stage. Now when the divine feminines decide to work inwards and improve themselves in all levels: mental, physical and spiritual, they grow up and glow up. They shine when they learn how to love themselves first, to heal themselves first instead of overpouring their love and care to others which often drive people away.
While all this was happening, the divine masculines are probably with someone new, or they divert their attentions to elsewhere. They will try to focus on their new relationships, careers, finances, hobbies etc. These are all distractions. Once the fun is over, they grew tired of their fast lives, they look at their successes and start to question themselves in the mirror, why am I still not emotionally fulfilled? Will I ever find true happiness? The void the divine feminines have created by removing themselves from the situation completely has caused the divine masculines to realise there is no one as genuine as their divine counterpart and there is no connection as genuine as this has ever been. Their counterpart was probably the only one who ever really knows them and who truly loves them unconditionally.
They now realised they were meant to work on the issues and support each other in this healing journey. But now it is all messed up. So, what can the divine masculines do?
First thing they do is to hide the feelings again. The ego will still be there since they were never healed. But when they are then forced to face their DNOS, they will turn and look at the divine feminines and wonder what is happening to them? Why aren’t they hurt, sad or exhausted like they do? In contrast, why are they so unbothered and has their glow up in all aspect?
And the answer is simple: they did the work when the masculines were having fun. They took the pain and turn it into strength. Instead of holding a grunge they forgive and forget. They stop chasing and stop running, they are stilled. They are not stagnant but are comfortable in every status. They are now matured. They are healed. They surrender to God.
So, some of the divine masculines want to run towards their counterparts hoping to be saved. But there will be unknown blockages and obstacles. The truth is no reunion can happen unless they do their work. And this is divine intervention. If they prolong the process of healing for too long, chances are the divine feminines will find their sweet connections with their soul mates first. Then there will be no reunion anymore.
Timing. Chances. Are all depending on both free wills. Of course, the divine feminines are meant to have better connections waiting for them as they did their work. How would it be fair if they just sit and wait for the divine masculines to grow up?
In some cases where the divine masculines refuse to admit the one blessing that was part of their prayers since childhood was their divine counterpart, they will have to lie in the bed they made forever. Losing the connection with the divine counterpart is a loss because you choose not to change. And the saddest part is it only comes once in a lifetime.
